The Long Cut
Alex Belth, who runs Bronx Banter, has a great interview with former Milwaukee Braves prospect and current writer Pat Jordan that is well worth the read. Jordan is the author of "A False Spring" which tells the story of his days with the Braves and its follow-up "A Nice Tuesday" that's less about baseball and more about going to the dogs.
In a sea of brief and asinine bloggers (including yours truly), it's good to see some folks take on the longer form. Nobody does this better than Mr. Belth. Also check out his interview with author and sportswriter Jane Leavy. Another excellent read.
